Daniel completed his undergraduate work at Utah Valley University, with a degree in behavioral science with a psychology emphasis. He then attended graduate school at the University of South Carolina, where he received a master’s degree in social work. After graduate school, he returned to Utah and began working as a therapist in a residential treatment center.
Since becoming a licensed clinical social worker, Daniel has worked with adolescents in residential treatment centers. He has also worked with children and adults in outpatient settings. During his years as a therapist, Daniel has gained valuable experience treating anxiety, depression, problematic sexual behaviors, grief and loss, learning challenges, and addictions, as well as marital and family conflict.
Daniel is married and has four children (and a dog). In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, playing music, sports, and of course, pizza and movie night.
