Comprehensive Treatment Clinic of Utah works as an in-network provider with select insurance plans. Depending on your plan, your services may be covered in part or in full after any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible requirements are met. Our Care Coordination team is available to help you navigate the insurance process and clearly understand your benefits.
To confirm your specific in-network benefits, please contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your behavioral health coverage, copays, deductibles, and any authorization requirements.
